IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Hawker moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 113(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Hawker: Page 17, line 23: Delete "a $1,200 resource rebate" Insert "the one-time [A] $1,200 resource rebate that increased 2008 permanent fund dividends under sec. 5, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008," Page 17, lines 26 - 27: Delete "for the fiscal years [YEAR] ending June 30, 2009, and June 30, 2010" Insert "[FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009]" 2009-04-10 House Journal Page 0865 Page 17, following line 27: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) Section 9, ch. 1, 4SSLA 2008, is amended by adding a new subsection to read: (c) The appropriation made in sec. 1(b) of this Act does not lapse." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Representative Hawker moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Doogan objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Hawker: Page 19, line 15: Delete "1999" Insert "1997" Page 19, line 18: Delete "1999" Insert "1997" Representative Hawker moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the appropriation in Section 18 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriation in Section 18 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?" CSHB 113(FIN) am(brf sup maj fld) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
